Cooling Service Includes

Verify cooling performance, temperature drop and determine if adjustments are necessary.

Clean outdoor condenser coil and remove debris from unit.

Inspect condenser fan motor operation, and lubricate as necessary.

Check amperage of compressor for proper operation.

ü     5.

Test operation and condition of compressor contactor.

Inspect and tighten electrical connections.

Inspect start/run capacitors and relays.

Inspect for refrigerant leaks.

Inspect indoor evaporator coil, if accessible.
